Spring is undoubtedly the most beautiful season of the year and happens to the popular one for weddings. If you are attending any wedding or party this season and looking dress options, scroll to the bottom of the post to see some of my picks. I personally love midi and maxi dresses for any spring/summer event as they are season appropriate and suitable for events across the board from formal-casual-chic dress code. If you are like me who love detailing, prints and vintage vibes in their outfits, you will definitely love Dainty Jewell’s collections.
They carry a rich collection of ruffles, lace and pleat dresses which are super feminine and romantic like this pink lace and grey lace dress are perfect for an afternoon wedding or any formal occasions, this colorful plaid print dress is perfect for a casual summer wedding or for any casual occasion. This dress is perfect for graduation. This one is my favorite in rich pink, perfect for traditional Indian or evening weddings.
The best thing about their website is you can choose the length of your dress between midi and maxi. Plus they offer all their dresses in plus sizes.
Last week we went to a nursery in Cleveland to pick out our first plant for the season. I got a ceramic pot as a birthday gift from a friend in March. It was sent to me from India, so I was pretty excited to get a plant. Initially, I was planning on getting an indoor plant but when I saw Marigold, I instantly made up my mind. Marigold brings back a lot of memories for me, It’s a must have plant in my mom’s garden as it is used in every festival for decorating house and for offering to god. This year I had high plans of going for all green lifestyle and this was one of the things I wanted to do, have a mini JUNGLE inside my house and a mini garden on my balcony.
I am obsessed with these gold beaded earrings that I got from J.Crew. They are currently on 25% off sale (use code SHOPNOW) and comes in 4 different colors- white, navy, berry and light blue
The dress has ruffle trim on the bottom, neck, and sleeves. The material is rich and very well made especially the lace looks elegant and high quality.
That’s me.A happy me! Yaay me! with my marigold plant that I’ve been staring at day and night expecting a flower to bloom right in front of my eyes or it could be that (totally) I am scared it would die. I have done a bit of research and asked the gardener for tips so I hope nothing bad will happen.
