2023 Best Black Friday Deals On Vacuum and Mops
- iRobot s9 Vacuum + Robot Mop Bundle $899 ($1249); Only Vacuum option here $599 ($999) We have the Vacuum (not the mop) and absolutely love it; it’s so powerful. When we bought the vacuum, there was no mop option. I would recommend considering the combo, whether this or the Roborock.

- KitchenAid Variable Speed Corded Hand Blender $44 ($59.99)
- Blendtec Immersion Blender – Handheld Stick Blender, Whisk, & Food Processor $99.95 ($149.95)
- *Waffle Maker with ceramic grids $44 ($59) – we have this waffle maker and love it; the plates are ceramic and machine washable. I make lentil waffles in them, which takes longer than regular waffles, the adjustable browning. Control helps us get perfectly browned waffles.
- *Blendtec Blender $319 ($399)- This is the upgraded model of the blender we have. Rajesh had it for 6 years, and it still works like new. We also have a Vitamix that I got as a gift from the brand. Upon comparing, we find Blendtec to be more powerful and quicker. If you are planning to make idli dosa batter, this does faster than Vitamix.
- *Blendtec Twister Jar $118 ($136)- This is my favorite jar, perfect for small portions, and if you are looking to make something that requires less to no water, like ginger garlic paste, this jar does it to perfection.
- *Smeg 2-Slice Toaster $191 ($239)- This hardly ever goes on sale; we have this toaster in white and love it. It’s stainless steel with different browning levels and looks amazing on the countertop.

2023 Best Black Friday Deals on Cookware
We have been using stainless steel pans for over 7 years now, and I have extensively researched their composition and the factors that contribute to their durability, making them ideal for everyday cooking. I particularly LOVE Italian-made stainless steel pans. My Teknika by Silga Stainless Steel Casserole, purchased from TJ Maxx, has been a game-changer. These 5-ply pans are not only durable but also excel in heat conduction and distribution. The quality and craftsmanship of Italian cookware is top-notch. I wish Silga cookware were more readily available, but unfortunately, it’s not. I have listed the top picks in different price ranges.
- *Made-In 5 Ply Stainless steel 10-piece set $699 ($934)- This is made in Italy, with 5 layers of metal for improved heat conduction and distribution. 2 layers of pure aluminum for even heating, Aluminum alloy, 304 18/10 stainless steel (18% chromium and 10% nickel for corrosion resistance, the ratio is often associated with high-quality stainless steel). But if you are looking for nickel-free stainless steel, then go for cast iron pans
- All-Clad D5 5-Ply Brushed Stainless Steel Cookware $734 ($1429). It’s also on sale here. These pans are made in the USA and are highly rated.
- All-Clad D3 7-piece Stainless Steel Cookware $299.99 ($916.99)
- Great Jones, stainless steel + Cast iron, set $375 ($620)- This is a good combo set, and the pans look beautiful and can be presented on the dining table as serving dishes (if the look is something you consider). The pans are fully clad, meaning between the exterior stainless-steel layers, they have an aluminum core for even heat distribution. This set includes a 6.75-quart enameled cast iron Dutch oven, an 8-quart clad stainless steel pot, a 3-quart clad stainless steel pan, a 3-quart stainless steel saucepan, and a 1.5-quart ceramic non-stick pan. The two lids provided cover all the pans, optimizing storage space and ensuring that each pan comes with a corresponding lid.
- *Tramontina 10 Piece Tri-Ply Clad Stainless Steel Cookware Set $183 ($229)- This brand is Brazilian, founded by an Italian, and that might explain why I highly recommend them 🙂 It’s a fantastic starter set at an affordable price point. The pans are tough and last a long time, perfect for everyday cooking in your kitchen.
- Made-In Blue Carbon Steel Wok $99 ($139)
- *Lodge 6 Quart Enameled Cast Iron Dutch Oven $67 ($133)
- *Le Creuset 7 Quart Stainless Steel Stockpot $189 ($269) + $75 gift card
- *Lodge Cast Iron 10.5″ Griddle $19 ($25)- We use this pan for making Chapathis and parathas, etc.
- *Staub 11-Inch Enameled Cast Iron Crepe Pan $99 ($179)- We use this for making all types of dosas. While many people love to use above Lodge cast iron for dosas, I prefer this one because I’m not great at making dosas. The enamel coating makes it easier for me to make crispy, thin dosas on this pan.
Candlewick Duvet Cover (40% off)
Our favorite duvet cover – we’ve been using it for a couple of years now. It washes off nicely and looks very pretty. I use this plant-based whitener every time I wash it.

I highly recommend these votives; they’re versatile for both everyday and festive home decor. I use them to decorate during both Diwali and Christmas and leave some on the console and fireplace throughout the year. The gold accents are beautiful and complement any home decor. The metal shoe rack is another. favorite of mine.
