This is my first Georgette saree, and I agree with everything I read and heard about them. They are lightweight, flowy, and easy to drape and manage. Due to the crinkled or pebbled texture of the fabric, the saree tends to stay in place, so you don’t have to adjust it constantly.
Georgette sarees are perfect pick-me-up sarees for social gatherings and parties. Whether it’s your child’s birthday or a friend’s housewarming, they are easy to wear and allow you to move around comfortably while attending to your chores. They offer a perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and style! The best part is you can customize them in any color you choose.
I absolutely adore the OG Banarasi Rangkaat saree. So far, I haven’t encountered one that has truly wowed me, and I’m not currently looking to spend a lot. Inspired by the Rangkaat style, I customized this saree. I selected the vibrant Lehariya colors and had them dyed on a Georgette fabric. The team at Banarasi Unique Sarees did a fantastic job in turning my vision into reality, and they were incredibly patient throughout the process. They are saree manufacturers, so the pricing is reasonable and you can completely customize them.
I didn’t have a matching blouse for the saree, so I wore a long-sleeved crop top instead. And, of course, I couldn’t resist adding my favorite pearl choker to complete the look.
