Why did you start this space?

Dreaming loud is the outlet of my dreams/ my other passions in life. I started this space as a medium to document by journey towards the lifestyle I dream of that is both green and glamorous.

Is blogging your full-time Job?

No. It feels like it though! I am a full-time software developer and I work every minute I don’t spend on my current job.

Who takes your pictures?

All pictures in the blog and other social medias like Instagram and Facebook are either taken by my best friend Lakki or by myself using a tripod; unless stated otherwise.

What Camera and Lens do you use?

I use Canon Mark III 5D and 50mm prime lens for all my pictures.

Are all products you mention are 100% natural?

I strive to pick all organic products but not all the time, the products mentioned are 100% organic but definitely a certified natural alternative over synthetic products with no parabens, fillers and other harmful ingredients like the ones mentioned in my ingredients to avoid list. All my homemade recipes are 100% natural

What does c/o mean in your posts?

c/o means “courtesy of”, this products are sent by companies as a gift to review or style them in outfits.

Do you get paid for the beauty products you review?

Cute and Modest Summer Outfits from JCPenney

Maxi Dress with Floral Kimono

This is my favorite dress, I love everything about it. First and foremost, the length is perfect. I can wear the dress with flats as well. It’s so hard to find maxi dresses that aren’t too long on me. It’s $28 and comes in 3 other colors. The dress is very stretchy and comfy. I appreciate the knotted detail at the waist, it provides shape and looks very flattering.

T-shirt Dress

T-shirt dresses are my favorite go-to for summer. They are lightweight, easy to style and perfect for the weather. I like that this t-shirt dress has sleeves and is printed, unlike a typical solid t-shirt dresses. The dress flares from the waist without clinging in the wrong places, which actually makes it more wearable and suitable for pear and apple shape body type. Swing Dress

This is similar to the above dress but it’s sleeveless. I find this dress to be more structured to wear to work compared to other t-shirt dress. The material is soft and stretchy. It’s on sale for $14 and comes in 3 other prints including stripes. If you are looking for a striped dress with sleeves, check this one out Even though I have to layer it with a cardigan to make it work appropriate, I like the fact that I can wear a colorful cardigan with it. Never miss a chance to wear colors!

Polka Dot Dress

I am such a sucker for polka dots. I love how chic and retro this dress looks. It’s great for a girls day out, date nights, summer events, work, etc. I bought my true size S but I think I can size down, it’s a bit loose on the waist. The dress comes with a wide elastic waist and a full flared skirt with pockets. It looks great with a belt. You can go all retro by pairing it with a yellow or red belt. My favorite detail is the puffed sleeves and the neckline isn’t too deep.

Babydoll dress

I love babydoll style dresses, I think I can never get too old to wear one. The dress is on a thicker side, but the material is cotton, so it’s breathable. Also, I think it’s gonna shrink once you wash it. The dress is on sale for $19 and also comes in pink. I like the cool green color, the plaid print makes it fun to wear. Overall, the dress is very comfortable, loose around the waist so you don’t have to worry about your food baby showing up after your meals and the length is perfect.

Floral Skirt

I like how the skirt gives an impression of a mini skirt but it’s not. It’s comfy and stretchy. I like the wide soft elastic waist, looks flattering when tucked in. You can easily take this skirt from work to vacation. I don’t think this skirt is made for apple shape body unless you have a flat tummy. However, you can wear it with shapewear underneath as I did, it will help smoothen out the stubborn tummy.
