I’m so smitten with this floral maxi dress from Express. The deep V-line and dropped sleeves are sooo pretty and elegant. The colors were vibrant, and the dress flowed beautifully. Being said that, I am not a huge fan of the band at the waist; it bunches up and doesn’t look flattering; I had to keep pulling the dress down. I am almost 5’3 and have a shorter torso, which could be why. Putting it out for my fellow petite girls.  Apart from that, the dress is perfect. I highly recommend it if you are tall or have a longer torso. 

Since the neckline is deep, I wore a cleavage cover bra clip-on that looked seamless with the dress!
