It is all about easy and comfy clothing without compromising on style. In today’s outfit, I try to give an elegant office touch to a basic graphic tee that most of us already have in our closet. The modern piece, sleeveless blazer instantly upgrades the mundane t-shirt and jogger to a more polished level. This outfit is a perfect morning-to-PM look. For a more laid-back style, replace heels with slip-ons.

Tip– Sleeveless jackets are effortless transitional piece for fall and winter as they offer you the luxury of seamless layering. Wear it with a full-hands thermal or sweater in the fall and layer it up with a thick coat in Winter, it’s that simple. Vest blazers also look great with dresses and jeans, opt for a shift or flare model in dresses, and with denim typically any style of skinny to boyfriend will go wonderful with this kind of blazer.

I think it is a great look, I create similar looks using a graphic or slogan tee and a waistcoat and it makes a great combination!
This is a great idea! I have never owned a sleeveless jacket and with summer on it’s way, it is an excellent way to smarten up a work outfit, even when it’s hot.

I don’t really own any sleeveless blazers, but I think it’s perfect for upgrading a casual simple outfit! It’s really easy to style and it pretty much goes with anything, even long sleeved dresses!
It’s a nice option and I like that you can use it from day to night. It really upgrades your casual outfit into a more formal looking one. I love the whole ensemble!
yes , trans-seasonal dressing can be quite tricky. I actually did a post on it last spring. I agree the sleeveless waistcoat/gilet is an invaluable addition to any mid season wardrobe. I love the outfit on you.
Transitioning from season to season is really challenging! And you’re right, this sleeveless blazer is a great piece to have. I imagine it would look great in jeans too.
