Today, I decided to show some love to this Pink Linen Saree that’s been tucked away in my closet for years. I’ve been consciously re-wearing my entire wardrobe, whether it’s Western or traditional Indian attire. Considering everything, I’m not entirely sure if the saree I draped is pure linen, but it feels soft and breathable and drapes beautifully. The big golden zari border transformed the simple saree into partywear, elevating its allure to new heights.

I wanted to evoke folk essence in the outfit, so what could be better than pairing it with an age-old Telia Rumal handloom blouse? The vibrant colors and elaborate geometric shapes tell a story about the folklore of Telangana, India. I completed the look with simple silver jewelry, allowing the blouse’s intricate details and big zari border to work their magic.
