We built our first ever flower bed, you guys! It was slightly back-breaking but easy and extremely fun!
Our First Flower Bed Design
We planted Hibiscus and Mandevilla that Costa Farms sent us from their tropical collection. My first ever online plant purchase was from them. Last year I bought Fiddle leaf fig and a palm tree from their Amazon store. Both plants are healthy and growing so well.
When they reached out to me for a possible collaboration, I immediately said yes. We intended to build a flower bed and a raised bed for vegetables this summer anyway so the partnership was a natural fit.

The plants were well-packed and healthy with blooms and buds. We didn’t plant them up until a week because of the continuous rain, the plants didn’t dry out or die. They were fresh and healthy…
Here is a fun video of the entire process
I wore the Soma lounge wrap worn as a kimono in the second outfit. Absolutely love the print and the fact that I can wear it out is awesome. The fabric is extremely soft just like everything else from Soma. I styled it over a cami dress from Uniqlo. The dress has a bit of flare so it isn’t tight in the hip area. If you are curvy and struggle to find a good slip dress, this is it! if you are between sizes, size down. I, however, got the regular size S and it fits me perfectly.
