Overnight Chia Pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened Almond/ Coconut Milk
  • 1 teaspoon flax seeds
  • Favorite fruits and nuts

Instructions
 

  • Mix chia Seeds and almond milk thoroughly in a bowl or mason jar and store it in fridge overnight. Morning top it with grounded flax seeds, your choice of fruits and nuts (I love pecans and almonds). For sweetness, you can add honey or maple syrup (optional)
