Lifestyle Blog Dreaming Loud Sharing 3 chic ways to wear Time slippers hi-top sneakers

For the longest time, I was scared of wearing hi-top sneakers. Firstly they make you look short, and second, they are very masculine. I’m usually attracted to adding a masculine touch to my outfits but hi-tops were a big no. I didn’t realize how cool and chic they could look until  I tried Time slippers popular hi-top slippers. They are the comfiest sneakers I own. The insoles are made of a yoga mat, that feels like a bed for the feet.

If you haven’t checked my Instagram giveaway yet, you can win a pair of sneakers from Time Slippers. The rules are pretty simple, check my Instagram post HERE and follow the steps. The giveaway ends tomorrow.

Coming back to the post, the Street style has changed the purpose of sneakers. They are not limited to just the gym anymore. You can practically wear them with anything you have in mind, dresses, skirts, jeans, and leggings. The best part is that they are as comfortable as they are cool, and they’re the ideal alternative to ankle boots.

If you are still in the notion that hi-tops are not girly. Here are 3 outfits that hopefully will change your mind.

3 Chic Ways to Wear Hi-top Sneakers

1. Classy style with skinny jeans and a chic coat

There isn’t any style that wouldn’t go well with skinny jeans. I opted for a feminine color coat but you can rock this outfit with a trench or men’s wear coat.

2. Minimal with a Sass

The perfect mod-meets-feminine look. It’s classy, trendy, and has the right amount of sass I like.

3. Casual Chic

The best way to wear hi-tops sneakers if you are vertically challenged like me is with knee-length dresses. The bare legs create the illusion of longer legs, making you look taller.

I am the same as you as I am usually in dresses or skirts, so I have a penchant for wearing heels and heeled boots. However I like that you stepped outside of your comfort zone and think that the hi top sneakers looked great with the pink coat and skinny jeans assemble especially!

I must be honest, these are not my favorite shoes. I would only wear them with jeans and never with a skirt. I find they don’t compliment my legs at all.

I love the ones I am wearing in this post from Time slippers. They are stylish and really comfortable. The insole is made with yoga mat. Apart from that I like the hi tops from Vans. They have been on my lush list for a long time!
